Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeeta ("jeeta", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jeeta online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services and related content available at jeeta.vin and any associated web or mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or otherwise using any part of the jeeta platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the jeeta platform is restricted to eligible individuals. Before registering or placing any wager, you must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception:

  1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jeeta strictly enforces the 21+ rule and will verify age during registration and the withdrawal process. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
  2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering such an agreement, you are not permitted to use the platform.
  3. Single account: You may hold only one active jeeta account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across them.
  4. Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. jeeta reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any detail at any time without prior notice.
  5. Not a jeeta employee: Current employees, directors and contractors of jeeta, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotion offered by jeeta.

Important: If jeeta discovers at any time that an account was opened or used in breach of these eligibility requirements, jeeta reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all pending transactions and close the account with immediate effect. jeeta's determination in such cases is final and binding.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full jeeta platform you must create a registered account. Registration is free. The following rules apply to all jeeta accounts without exception:

  1. Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jeeta strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support at [email protected].
  2. Account responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your jeeta account, whether or not you authorised it. jeeta will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
  3. Account verification (KYC): jeeta may request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until verification is complete.
  4. Account closure: You may close your jeeta account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed normally before closure. jeeta may also close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or at our reasonable discretion with appropriate notice where practicable.

jeeta uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages including login, deposit and withdrawal pages. Your bKash, Nagad and bank details are handled securely and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all players and is strongly recommended to protect your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeeta platform are governed by the following rules. jeeta supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard as accepted payment methods for players across Bangladesh.

  1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers. There is no published maximum deposit limit; however jeeta reserves the right to request additional KYC verification for large single deposits.
  2. Deposit processing: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay deposits credit your jeeta wallet within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. jeeta is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile network operator or any third-party payment processor.
  3. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100 for mobile wallets and ৳500 for bank transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account, in line with standard anti-money-laundering controls.
  4. Withdrawal processing: jeeta targets withdrawal processing within minutes for standard bKash and Nagad requests. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC review, which jeeta will complete as promptly as possible, usually within one business day.
  5. Currency: All transactions on the jeeta platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jeeta does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside of the jeeta platform are the sole responsibility of the player.

jeeta will never ask for your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, OTP or bank password via any channel including live chat, email or phone. Any such request claiming to be from jeeta is a phishing attempt. Do not respond — report it immediately to [email protected].

Bonuses and Promotions

jeeta offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

  1. Welcome bonus: New players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more via bKash or Nagad are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳10,000. This offer is available once per player and cannot be combined with other welcome offers.
  2. Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering progress is tracked in real time in your account dashboard.
  3. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino table games such as baccarat, blackjack and roulette typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions vary by market.   4. Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited to your account unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
  5. Bonus abuse: jeeta monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering on both sides of a market, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or employing software to exploit bonus mechanics. Where abuse is detected, jeeta reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Where a specific promotion has its own published terms, those terms take precedence over these general bonus rules in the event of any conflict. jeeta reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

jeeta is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. jeeta provides a built-in toolkit to help all players maintain control over their activity on the platform. The following tools and rules apply to all jeeta accounts:

  1. Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately without any waiting period.
  2. Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods may be set for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or permanently. During any self-exclusion period the account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers or promotions will be accessible.
  3. Session reminders: Players may configure time-based session reminders to receive a notification after a set period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to prompt reflection on play duration and are available in account settings at no cost to the player.
  4. Age verification: jeeta takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Age verification measures are applied at the point of registration and jeeta may request additional documentation at any time. If jeeta has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and all activity during the period will be reviewed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities:

  1. Fraud and money laundering: Using jeeta for any fraudulent purpose or for money laundering or any other criminal activity is strictly prohibited. jeeta complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required by law.
  2. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith while retaining wagering activity or winnings on your jeeta account is considered fraudulent behaviour and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
  3. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or sharing live dealer information in real time with third parties, is prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
  4. Use of automated systems: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. jeeta employs detection systems to identify non-human play patterns and will act on any account where such patterns are detected.
  5. Abuse of platform staff: Threatening, harassing or abusing jeeta support staff or other platform users in any way — including via live chat, email or any other channel — is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Where jeeta determines that a player has engaged in a prohibited activity, jeeta reserves the right to void all bets placed by that player, forfeit all account balances, close the account permanently and pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law. jeeta's determination in such cases is final and binding.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeeta platform — including but not limited to the jeeta brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software and underlying code — is the intellectual property of jeeta or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from or exploit any part of the jeeta platform or its content without the prior written consent of jeeta. Unauthorised use of jeeta intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeeta and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jeeta platform, even if jeeta has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeeta does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages and events outside jeeta's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. jeeta will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible following any outage.

Amendments and Governing Law

jeeta reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you disagree with any revision to the Terms, you must stop using the jeeta platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which jeeta operates.
